We have developed a process of applying the industry's best coatings that ensure the longevity of your paint job and the best protection for your largest investment. Pressure cleaning and inspection come first. We use a bleach, degreaser solution, and high pressure to prep the surface. Marking areas of damage for replacement. When changing out rotted wood, we also locate the cause of the rot and address the underlying cause. Replacement with composite materials to prevent reoccurrence. Next, we caulk all joints, wood fill, and bondo any nail holes and imperfections. Primer application. Painting requires two coats. This is to ensure depth of color and surface adhesion and to meet manufacturers' specs and warranty requirements. After priming inspection continues, the primer coat highlights any imperfections that remain. The primers are tinted to your desired colors, this will show your color palette and allow for any adjustments in your color expectations. For walls, we apply Satin on the siding and Gloss on all trim and accents for exteriors; these enamel-infused coatings are extremely resilient to the harsh Georgia weather.
